You are invited to come meditate with us. We practice in a gentle, flexible way that encourages bringing your entire experience into your meditation.
We are a small, established group that has been meditating together for several years. We sit together every other Tuesday evening from 7:00 – 9:00 pm at a home in North Berkeley.
We also sit together once a month on a Saturday for three hours, usually on the third Saturday. These half-day retreats are held in silence, though there is also time for questions and group discussion.
The Half-Day Retreats will start at 10:00 and end at 1:00. The schedule includes two back-to-back sitting periods followed by a group reporting and discussion period.
2019 & 2020 1/2 day retreat dates:
2019 dates: September 21, October 19, November 16, and December 21.
2020 Dates: January 18, February 15, March 21, April 18, May 16, June 20, July 18, August 15, September 19, October 17, November 21, December 19.
(If you are unable to come for the whole time, please let me know and we can work out a way for you to come without disturbing the silence for others.)
